“Mikrus” Summer House
Holiday cabin for 1–2 people
A single-storey holiday house with an area of 16.5 m², consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower). The house is intended for a maximum of 2 people. The equipment includes a double sofa bed and a fold-out armchair. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, a set of dishes and pots, cutlery, and a kettle.
The wooden Mikrus cabins at our holiday resort are very popular. Staying in a wooden house enhances the sense of closeness to nature. At the same time, the modern cottages are perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations of holidaymakers. They are comfortably designed and include full sanitary facilities. These houses blend beautifully into the natural landscape.
Included in the rental price: free access to the swimming pool during the summer season from the end of June to the end of August.

Utility consumption (water and electricity) is included in the rental price (excluding heating).
Each cabin has electric heating. A free electricity allowance of 4 kWh per day applies, which is sufficient for the use of the house, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and electronics. Electricity usage above this limit will be charged at 2 PLN/kWh according to the meter.
Use of the heated swimming pool, open from 28.06 to 24.08, is also included in the price of the house.

Check-in and Stay Duration
The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
Utilities and Heating
Utility usage (water and electricity) is included in the rental price (excluding heating).
Heating is charged separately. Each cabin has electric heating.
A free electricity allowance of 7 kWh/day applies per house (4 kWh/day for Mikrus). This is sufficient for the use of the cabin, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and electronics. Usage above this limit is charged at 2 PLN/kWh.
Check-in
Guests may check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Failure to appear within these hours will be considered a cancellation.
The house is made available only after full payment for the stay has been settled at the reception.
Late check-out until 1:00 PM must be arranged in advance with the reception and is subject to an additional fee.
Check-in after 9:00 PM must also be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.
VAT Invoice
If you require a VAT invoice for your payment, please inform us in advance and include your tax identification number (NIP) in the bank transfer details.
In accordance with the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on VAT and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520), failure to provide the NIP will prevent the issuance of an invoice.
Card Payment
Card payments are accepted at the resort.
Prepayment
A reservation is considered confirmed after receiving an agreed-upon deposit.
The prepayment is considered a deposit. In the case of early cancellation or shortening of the stay (delayed arrival or early departure, vehicle breakdown, illness, weather conditions), both the deposit and the stay fee are non-refundable.
