Price list holiday cottages

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day.

Utilities and Heating
Utility consumption (water and electricity) is included in the rental price of the cottage (excluding heating).
Heating is subject to an additional charge. Each cottage is equipped with electric heating.
There is a free electricity limit of 7 kWh per day per cottage (Mikrus cottage – 4 kWh/day), which is sufficient for the use of the cottage, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and electronics.
Electricity usage beyond this limit is charged based on the meter reading at the rate of 2 PLN/kWh.

Check-in Process
Guests must check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Failure to check in during this time is considered a cancellation of the stay.
The cottage will be made available only after full payment for the stay is settled at the reception.
Late check-out (until 1:00 PM) must be arranged in advance with reception and is subject to an additional fee.
Check-in after 9:00 PM must also be arranged in advance with reception and is subject to an additional fee.

VAT Invoice
If you wish to receive an invoice for your payment, please send a request and include your Tax Identification Number (NIP) in the transfer details.
According to the Act of July 4, 2019, amending the VAT Act and certain other acts (Journal of Laws item 1520), failure to provide a NIP number will make it impossible to issue an invoice.

Card Payments
The resort accepts payment cards.

Advance Payment
A reservation is considered confirmed once the agreed deposit for the stay has been received.
The reservation payment is considered a deposit.
In the event of early cancellation or shortening of the stay (delayed arrival, early departure, transport failure, illness, weather conditions), the deposit and payment for the stay are non-refundable.
