Summer House “Scandinavian”
Holiday house for 1–6 people
The two-storey “Scandinavian” summer house has an area of 54 m² and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower cabin), and two bedrooms located on the upper floor. The house is designed for up to 6 people.
The equipment includes: a double fold-out sofa, 4 single beds (with bed linen), a wardrobe, two dressers, and a table with chairs.
The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, a complete set of dishes and cooking pots, cutlery, and a kettle.
In front of the house, guests can enjoy a 15-meter illuminated terrace with a beer bench.
Included in the rental price: free access to the heated swimming pool during the summer season, from the end of June to the end of August.

Water and electricity usage is included in the rental price (excluding heating).
Each house has electric heating. A free electricity limit of 7 kWh per day applies per house, which is sufficient for the use of the house, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and electronic devices.
Electricity usage above this limit is charged at 2 PLN/kWh based on the meter.
Access to the heated swimming pool, open from 28.06 to 24.08, is also included in the rental price.
Longer stays – lower prices!
Short stays (less than 3 nights) – additional charge: 100 PLN.
Check-in and Stay Duration
The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
Utilities and Heating
Utility usage (water and electricity) is included in the rental price (excluding heating).
Heating is charged separately. Each cabin has electric heating.
A free electricity allowance of 7 kWh/day applies per house (4 kWh/day for Mikrus). This is sufficient for the use of the cabin, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and electronics. Usage above this limit is charged at 2 PLN/kWh.
Check-in
Guests may check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Failure to appear within these hours will be considered a cancellation.
The house is made available only after full payment for the stay has been settled at the reception.
Late check-out until 1:00 PM must be arranged in advance with the reception and is subject to an additional fee.
Check-in after 9:00 PM must also be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.
VAT Invoice
If you require a VAT invoice for your payment, please inform us in advance and include your tax identification number (NIP) in the bank transfer details.
In accordance with the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on VAT and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520), failure to provide the NIP will prevent the issuance of an invoice.
Card Payment
Card payments are accepted at the resort.
Prepayment
A reservation is considered confirmed after receiving an agreed-upon deposit.
The prepayment is considered a deposit. In the case of early cancellation or shortening of the stay (delayed arrival or early departure, vehicle breakdown, illness, weather conditions), both the deposit and the stay fee are non-refundable.
